Since December 2010, Max Restaurant Sibiu has returned on the market with fresh forces. We are welcoming you in a new formula, under the guidance of Gianfranco Colonna, the man who built two of the most popular restaurants of the recent years - La Piazzetta restaurant and Il Cappuccino cafe, both in Piaţa Mică (The Small Square).

“Max has always been more than just a restaurant. I doubt that there is one customer who was not impressed by the unique atmosphere of this location. We will not do anything other than to carry on the project started by Max Schweizer, the owner of the building. Max by Piazzetta will remain an oasis of good taste and elegance,” pledges Gianfranco Colonna. 

We prepared a new concept for our meeting with you: a mix of Italian and international cuisine. We kept most of the dishes that you enjoyed in the first two years of Max, such as “The meat on hot stone”, and we added others that were successful at the Restaurant La Piazzetta. “The stars” of the wine list will be local collections such as DaVino, Prince Ştirbey and Terra Romana, recognized and enjoyed worldwide. Jazz concerts, which will be organized periodically, and other surprises that we will reveal in the coming period, will be the ingredients that will complete an unforgettable day at Max.

Din decembrie 2010, restaurantul Max a revenit pe piaţa sibiană cu forţe proaspete. Vă aşteptăm într-o formulă nouă, sub coordonarea lui Gianfranco Colonna, omul care a construit două dintre cele mai apreciate localuri din Sibiul ultimilor ani - restaurantul La Piazzetta şi cafeneaua Il Cappuccino, din Piaţa Mică.

“Max a fost întotdeauna mai mult decât un simplu restaurant. Mă îndoiesc că există un singur client care să nu fi fost impresionat de atmosfera unică din această locaţie. Noi nu vom face altceva decât să ducem mai departe proiectul început de Max Schweizer, proprietarul clădirii. Max by Piazzetta va rămâne o oază de bun gust şi eleganţă”, promite Gianfranco Colonna.

Ne-am pregătit pentru reîntâlnirea cu dumneavoastră cu un concept nou - un mix între bucătăria italiană şi cea internaţională. Am păstrat majoritatea preparatelor care v-au încântat în primii doi ani de Max, precum “Carnea pe piatră fierbinte”, şi am adăugat altele, care s-au bucurat de succes la Restaurantul La Piazzetta. “Vedetele” listei de vinuri sunt sortimente autohtone, precum DaVino, Prince Ştirbey sau Terra Romana, recunoscute şi savurate în întreaga lume. Concertele de jazz, care vor fi organizate periodic, precum şi alte surprize, pe care le vom dezvălui în perioada următoare, vor fi ingrediente ce vor întregi o zi de neuitat la Max.
